Our sauna area is designed as an Adults-Only-Spa (16+), offering pure relaxation:

4 saunas: Alpine sauna made of reclaimed wood (Finnish sauna), bio sauna with fresh herbs, steam grotto

Relaxation area with cozy lounge corners and spacious reclining areas
Exclusive outdoor level – a naturist area amidst nature, located on a mountain meadow and stone wall

As a family hotel with wellness, we offer our new SKY Sauna made of pine wood – a textile sauna on the roof, right next to the infinity pool, for children and teens!

Massages and Wellness Treatments

Massages reduce stress hormones, promote the release of endorphins, and contribute significantly to your overall well-being. Tensions melt away, and energy can flow freely through your body again. It’s all about the right touch for both body and soul – experience the soothing massages of our professional team for yourself!

Daniel Gottner, a medical masseur with expertise in osteopathy, is available every Wednesday from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM or by individual appointment. Isolde Pinter, our experienced therapist in the WaldSPA, offers her treatments every Tuesday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and Thursday from 3:00 PM onward.

Few places in the Zillertal are better suited for meditation and relaxation than our 5,000 m² natural garden. Whether on the idyllic platforms made of local larch wood or in the fresh grass of the alpine meadows, surrounded by flowers and herbs – one thing is certain: here you will find absolute tranquility and a breathtaking panorama of the Zillertal and the surrounding mountains. For a special sense of exclusivity, our old hay barn, built in 1901 and located directly next to the Jungwald and a fresh mountain stream, provides the perfect setting. This unique place is ideal for our yoga program and offers an atmosphere of comfort and retreat.

NEW! Our 40 m² yoga platform made of larch wood, located by the three oak trees in the Jungwald, right next to the old hay barn, is the perfect power spot for yoga and meditation – with a magnificent view that harmonizes you with nature.
