Spieljochbahn - Fügen (distance ca. 7km)
At the adventure mountain Spieljoch mountain enthusiasts and adventurers are in good hands. In addition to the fantastic view of the surrounding mountains lure around the mountain station many recreational activities. The "First Zillertal Barefoot Path", a climbing garden or the new Flying Fox provide fun and variety on the mountain. With the new Godelbahn and mountain restaurant the Spieljoch was really activated and is a real family adventure mountain.
Zillertal Arena - Zell am Ziller/Gerlos (distance ca. 7-10km)
The Zillertal Arena offers several boarding possibilities - the Rosenalmbahn is only 10 minutes by car from Kaltenbach. The absolute highlight is the spruce castle and the new Lake Fichtensee at the Rosenalmbahn in Zell am Ziller - a huge wooden castle with a unique playground. Also new is the adjacent Fichtensee, which invites you to relax in the middle of nature for the whole family. A combination with a pleasure hike on the Schmankerlweg is perfect from the mountain station of the Rosenalmbahn!

Action Mountain Penken - Mayrhofen
Hikers and bikers will find their personal peak happiness at Action Mountain Penken. Action fans can run with Funballz over the water or explore the Penken with the Bergrollern., also one another highlight is the E-Trial Parcours: Here shows quickly who has skill, coordination and strong nerves! An idyllic mountain playground with swings, a climbing tower, a slide and a water playground completes the offer of Funsportstation Penken.
Leisure Mountain Ahorn - Mayrhofen
Unforgettable holiday experiences for the whole family: At the Genießerberg Ahorn, the cozy, pushchair-ready gourmet trail with four viewing platforms, the Ahornsee and the Ahronbachl invite you to play, rest and linger, and not only the little ones will be amazed at the birds of prey presentation at the Adlerbühne Ahorn.

Finkenberger Almbahn - Finkenberg (distance ca. 18km)
High about a normal working day, you can enjoy a summer mountain panorama, you can be sporty active or you can just take time out. A great hiking trail invites you for a hike, which lasts a few hours – for example the Rastkogel, here you can have a breathtaking view over the Inntal, Zillertal and Tuxertal. The idyllic “Moorlehrpfad” at the “Penken” starts at the middle station and is an instructive hike for the whole family. The beautiful reservoir, which is at the “Penkenjoch” is a very nice eye-catcher and an extremely popular attraction for hiker and for guests which are making trips in the mountains. The huts in the mountains are inviting you for delicious meals and snacks, which are typical for Tirol.
Eggalmbahn - Lanersbach/Tux (distance ca. 20km)
Hiking area Eggalm, float from “Lanersbach” to the “Eggalm” with a cable car. The mountain station is the starting point from lots of rewarding hikes for young and old.

Hintertuxer Gletscher - Hintertux (distance ca. 25km)
Beginning from comfortable hikes up to demanding hikes, everyone can find his personal challenge. Also families and nature lovers are reaching a fascinating mountain world up to 3.250 metres with the summer cable car, there they can fill up on energy. Beside that, you can also find the natural monument “Spannagelhöhle” – it’s the highest show cave from Europe. It’s also the biggest cave inside the rocks of the Central Alps with a length of 12,5km. It’s a very special and popular destination for families. You can find intriguing insights into the eternal ice in the “Natural ice palace” on 3.200m above sea level. It’s an unique jewel of the nature. There’s a walkable crevasse with twinkling ice crystals, freezing waterfalls and even a glacier lake.
