Our nature hotel, inspired by the architecture of an alpine mountain village, is perched at 600 meters above the Zillertal valley on a picturesque mountain plateau, right on the edge of the forest.

In summer, it is a true retreat—bathed in sunshine, nestled in a peaceful and majestic location by the mountain forest, with guaranteed fresh air. The crystal-clear waters of the mountain stream and the untouched nature create a pleasant microclimate, offering a refreshing escape on hot summer days.

In winter, our guests enjoy a prime location, just 350 meters from the valley station of the Skioptimal Hochzillertal cable car in Kaltenbach, providing direct access to 100 kilometers of ski slopes. The breathtaking view over the wide valley floor of the Zillertal and the surrounding majestic mountain landscape makes the winter experience truly unforgettable.

Our spacious and cozy apartments, penthouse suites, chalets, and rooms range from 32 m² to 160 m² and are all designed in alpine lifestyle style using the finest materials. Would you prefer a garden terrace with a sun lounger or relaxing on the balcony in a lounge chair?

All room types feature either a large balcony with luxurious lounge furniture from Dedon or a garden terrace with a dining area and sun loungers. The exclusive kitchen is equipped with high-quality brand appliances from Siemens and Liebherr, along with cooking utensils from WMF. The dining and living area provides ample space and freedom to relax and unwind. With its thoughtful architectural design and the individual orientation of the apartments, our hotel is the perfect holiday home for those seeking peace, families, and mountain lovers – all in a stunning location in the Zillertal.
